Transportation to and from the TVG train station in Avignon, France and the Marseille airport in Marignane, France. If you're traveling with your own vehicle, let us know so you can be accommodated with directions and parking at the house.
Full use of guest house (the place of stay) and premises during your stay which is from Sunday afternoon to Saturday morning, this being considered a 7 day / 6 night period.
Guided excursions of the region during your stay: This includes group transportation with a guide to outdoor markets, local sites, shops, galleries, museum, restaurant, scenic drive, wineries, etc. Applicable admission fees included.
On-premise meals include: 6 breakfasts, 2 lunches with wine & beer included, 3 dinners with wine & beer included, all for on-premise use and consumption only during the 7 day / 6 night stay period. Dinners planned for the first & last night and one during mid week.
Bedrooms & bathrooms accommodated with clean linen, towels and ready for your use. Mid-week housekeeping included.
Full time on-premise assistance.

Family & Friends Rates: The following rates apply only to groups organized as their own private party & their intended sole use of house during their stay;
~ Party of 4 Persons: $4,200 USD per person, double occupancy. $4,600 USD per person, single occupancy. House capacity at 4 persons / 4 bedroom maximum.
~ Party of 5 to 7 Persons: $3,650 USD per person, double occupancy. $4,050 USD per person, single occupancy. House capacity at 8 persons / 5 bedroom maximum.
For Reservations: Please contact us to make a reservation and receive a Contract where you will find all detailed and complete information. Please review, sign and return the Contract with payment to us within seven days in order for us to keep and honor your reservation, and your price will then be guaranteed and will not increase. This website and this page is not a contract.
2019 Rates for Spring trips: May/June & Fall trips: September/October.
You will be responsible for airfare, train-fare and any transportation to the arrival destination such as airport & train station, travel insurance and meals which are not included; 4 lunches and 3 dinners, laundry and room cleaning (except one mid-week room cleaning), bicycle rentals and any such equipment, personal purchases, costs of any admissions not included in our services.
Guests are very welcome to prepare meals in the kitchen with the wonderful provisions that they may purchase from markets, etc.
Please let us know if you have any questions or special requests as accommodating them can only add to your enjoyment!
We very much recommend that it's best if you arrive in France/Europe at least a day ahead of your stay with us in order to acclimate, avoid any travel delays and/or trip interruptions.
90 days + prior to the start date of the trip: 35% of the total price per person.
60 - 90 days: 50% of the total price per person.
30 - 60 days: 75% of the total price per person.
0 - 30 days: 100% of the total price per person.
Please note that we strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancelation to protect you against any financial losses you may incur due to trip interruption and/or cancellation.
